Space to Think.
Room to Grow.

Coaching for leaders who want space to think, gain perspective and find their own way forward.

Hi, I’m Romy

I work with leaders at different stages of their leadership journey, creating space to step away from the day-to-day, think things through and focus on what matters to them.

For me, coaching is about the individual behind the leadership role. It’s a space to explore the challenges you’re navigating, how you want to lead, and what feels important to you — with someone alongside you who listens, asks thoughtful questions and gently challenges your thinking.

My style is calm, thoughtful and curious. I won’t tell you how to lead or come with ready-made answers. Instead, we work with what you bring and explore what feels right for you.

What matters to you is where we begin.

Leadership can be busy. There are decisions to make, people to support, expectations to navigate — and often very little time to pause and reflect.

Coaching creates that space.

A chance to slow things down, take a wider view and explore what’s really going on for you. To notice what you might not have noticed before, consider different perspectives and gain greater clarity about what matters.

Think of me as your thinking partner.

What My Clients Say

  • Working with Romy has been an incredible experience. From the beginning, we built a strong foundation of trust, which made it easy for me to open up and focus on the areas I wanted to develop. Her thoughtful and intuitive approach helped me explore and define my core values, and together we built a toolbox of practical strategies that I can draw on, whether I’m navigating change, facing challenges, or reflecting on how I show up as a leader. Romy is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, she’s also an extraordinary human being. I always felt safe to be open and vulnerable in our sessions, and that safety made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her.

  • "Coaching with Romy has opened up access to my potential that I would never have reached with my previous means and is immeasurably valuable to me."

Peter Kolski, AR Creative Technologist, Founder, Germany

  • This was my first experience working with a professional coach, and I was extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Romy. From our very first conversation, I found Romy very open and engaging which allowed me to feel comfortable sharing experiences and vulnerabilities. I cannot stress how important it is that the more open and honest conversations are within the coaching relationship, the more growth and development you gain. Romy has an ability to recognise and hone in on key concepts to encourage deeper conversation and her calm and caring nature meant I felt supported though the entire process. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about engaging a coach to absolutely go for it, and I highly recommend Romy.

  • Romy is a very skillful and compassionate coach who, in a very gentle way, guides you to a rich understanding of your inner processes and facilitates a mindset shift. I gained a lot of valuable insights and would love to work with her as my coach again!

  • The peer group for managers was one of the most enriching and important part of my regular work activities. It fostered a sense of community and team-ness within the managers, which positively influenced our support for each other throughout the duties of our roles. Having a forum in which to raise questions, vulnerabilities and issues with people who were in the same situation allowed lived experience-lead advice. Romy always encouraged us but left enough room for the sessions to be lead by the team when needed. Often the sessions would end up covering topics that none of us knew we needed to discuss until raised by one of the team.
