I’m a professional coach and facilitator who supports people to lead, communicate, and grow in a way that feels clear, grounded, and true to who they are.

I work primarily with leaders who are stepping into new roles, navigating complexity, or working through leadership challenges, as well as individuals navigating career transitions. What matters to you is where we begin — and from there, we explore what’s getting in the way, what’s important, and what you need to move forward.

Before becoming a coach, my career took me from the corridors of the German Parliament, where I led two teams, to an consultancy firm, where I led seven administrative teams spread across Germany, the US, and China. When moving abroad, I coordinated a research centre at the University of Cambridge. In each role, I worked closely with leaders, navigated complex change, and saw first-hand how trust, curiosity, and self-awareness can transform the way people work together. Living and working across countries and cultures has also taught me to stay grounded in uncertainty, listen for what’s not being said, and build trust in places where I was a newcomer.
